  • Tuesday: 
    • 15 min Cross Trainer 20 Min Treadmill (Including 2x 1 km intervals)
    • 1 Hour Boxing
  • Wednesday: 
    • N/A
  • Thursday:
    • 15 min Cross Trainer 20 Min Treadmill (Including some 30 sec intervals)
    • 1 Hour Boxing
  • Friday:
    • 12 km Run – Slow Run – Run
  • Saturday: 
    • N/A
  • Sunday:
    • 21,99 Km Run

So I tracked a total of 34 KM+ running this week which is really satisfying
